Agronomy Sales Manager – western ND – ASAP!A well-respected and independently-owned Agronomy Center is looking to fill the need of Agronomy Sales/Sales Manager for one of their locations in western North Dakota.  This position is ideal for either someone who has a couple years of experience in Agronomy Sales or is going to be graduating this spring with either a 2-year or 4-year Ag Business or Agronomy-based degree – there is a ton of room for growth with this company.  This individual MUST possess strong Agronomic skills and have an agricultural background.  They will be responsible for all sales out of this particular location – they sell liquid fertilizer (no dry) and chemical and a limited amount of seed.  They have a VERY strong support staff here, as well, so a college graduate or someone with limited Agronomy Sales experience would have the necessary support.  This person would also help to oversee the truck drivers, the administrative assistant and the seasonal help, with the main focus being sales, so an ability to relate to farmers will be a key factor.  Compensation will be $40-45K DOE on a base with a performance-based incentive plan, vehicle, cell phone, computer, insurance, 401(k), etc.  They are going to be selective in the person they choose, but they are also looking to fill this position ASAP when they find the right individual.  Please email me a resume ASAP if interested, as this is the time of year when many college graduates will be applying for positions, so I’m confident that the job will not be on the market long.  Thank you.
