Our first power/processing unit was recently commissioned in Calgary, Alberta Canada.

The Position

The Agricultural Sales and Customer Support Specialist role will assist the Sales and Marketing team in the development and definition of sales and customer support strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue for products and services in assigned areas, initially in the U.S.A.

 

Principal Accountabilities

You will function collaboratively with other team members in satisfying the regional sales and customer support initiatives including:

·         Prepare and present regional sales forecasts.

·         Develop and maintain relationships with local hosts for the Company’s power/process unit locations including feedlot and dairy operators and owners as well as municipalities.

·         Collaborating with internal team members and external communication service providers, assist in the preparation of product marketing and sales materials.

·         Meet revenue growth targets for our products and services.

·         Build and maintain positive business relationships with all existing customers, including related contracts, invoicing/payment collection and issue resolution.

·         Establish a prospect list and develop key customer relationships with these prospective clients.

·         Collaborating with others, ensure appropriate systems and processes are in place to provide the best possible analysis and reporting capability.

·         Assist in the development and review of pricing structures, policies and strategies to maximum revenue from products and services. 

                                              

 The Individual

You have the ability to influence and drive the sales and customer support perspective.  You possess the following credentials, skills and attributes:

·         A degree/diploma in Agriculture, Business, Economics or Commerce (preferred).

·         A minimum of three years in sales or sales and marketing roles preferably with some exposure/experience in  fertilizers, agricultural chemicals; feedlots, dairy farming and cropping.

·         Proven business acumen with highly developed creative and strategic abilities.

·         Previous experience in design and development of sales strategies.

·         Proven revenue growth experience.

·         Agricultural experience with feedlots or dairy operations and cropping.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills.

·         Superlative sales experience and sales leadership capabilities.

·         Capability of forging customer relationships.

·         Effective written and verbal communication skills coupled with well-honed presentation skills.

·         An acute listener.

·         Strong negotiation skills.

·         Excellent reporting and planning/organizing skills.

 

The Location

You will be based in our Fresno, California regional offices with periodic travel required to other EarthRenew offices, host site and service provider locations.
