Northwest Staffing Resources has two Temp-to-Hire Administrative Assistant positions. Milwaukie based Civil Engineering firm is looking for an administrative assistant to join the team.  This full time position will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, greeting clients, and assisting staff members with various projects. Objective: Provide superior customer service to clients and support all office staff including; professional engineers, professional land surveyors; engineers in training, land surveyors in training, planning, drafting, accounting, and field surveyors.Requirements: -  Proficient in computer operations including Windows based word processing, spreadsheet and database software. -  Strong communication and interpersonal skills -  Excellent organizational abilities.  Our Wilsonville client is looking for an administrative assistant their branch office. This temp to hire position will work with a fun company in the sports industry. Due to the rapid growth of this branch, the position will be responsible for a variety of roles and should be flexible. Duties: - Answer incoming phone calls - Arrange travel for general manager - Assist with staff payroll - Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: - Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook - Sense of urgency - Professional demeanor - 2 to 3 years experience as an administrative assistant  Both positions are temp to hire!
