Our organization is a leading provider of Talent Management solutions to some of the most prestigious companies in the world. This position in downtown Cleveland provides administrative support for a fast-paced, revenue-generating recruiting team, which may include reporting, job posting, scheduling, applicant tracking system activities and client and recruiter interaction.  It carries responsibility for administrative support functions for operations, including assisting with tasks related to recruiting, sales, management, and general operations.  Your duties could include: Prepare various weekly reports of recruiting activity for recruiting team/Client Analyze data for reporting purposes Coordinate travel and meeting logistics Enter various hiring activities into applicant tracking system Assist in facilitation of project management duties Create presentations for recruiting team/Client Create, data enter and monitor job postings Maintain intranet pages with accurate data for recruiting team May order and keep inventory of supplies Other duties and special projects as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s Degree in a related area or related experience Knowledge of commonly-used hiring concepts, practices and procedures Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Access and PowerPoint Knowledge of Lotus notes as well as Outlook a plus Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking system(s) is preferred, but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detailCome join the CDI team and watch your future grow.  Learn more about CDI and this opportunity by responding today!  To apply it is necessary to include the Reference Code in your response. The above major ongoing responsibilities describe only the essential job functions and are not intended to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities.  All job functions must be performed in accordance with CDI Policies and Procedures.
