Administrative Support

A well established growing Houston company in the staffing industry is seeking a Sr. Support Analyst. This is a multi-tasking environment and requires the ability to prioritize and set direction frequently. The person in this role will have the opportunity to be an integral part of the operation of the company (Your opinion is valued!). Professional appearance and positive attitude are required. Import resumes for leads and update our database. Manage and track progress of candidate placement files. Write/edit and post positions on online job boards. Search for candidates and conduct research via the internet. Conduct candidate background and reference checks. Develop an understanding of the overall business. Prepare agreements and contracts for clients, consultants and internal staff. Prepare and process invoices. Handle AP and AR functions and collections. Oversee human resources and benefits including administering FSA and TSA plans.Requirements: Customer service oriented perspective. Positive attitude is a must. Experience in a corporate environment. Attention to detail. Strong multi-tasking abilities. Strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Decision making and problem solving skills. Must have the drive and tenacity to attain desired outcomes. Advanced computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Payroll skills.
