Administrative Services Manager
The Administrative Services Manager is responsible for all aspects of on-site management of a varied workforce of 30+ in an office setting for a large organization.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify work flow needs and make appropriate assignments Coordinate training and development of field administrative staff Ensure contract compliance in application of policies Generate and analyze client reports and identify relevant action plans Interface with local and corporate leadership in regards to staffing requirements, problem solving, communication and process improvement.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience managing employees and work flow in an office environment in addition to exceptional client service skills.
