TITLE: Administrative Functional Support IILOCATION: Warrendale, PADURATION: 6 monthsREQUIREMENTS AND SKILL SETS  Must be US Citizen, Perm Resident or EAD ONLY- NO CORP-to-CORPNecessary Skills (Must Have): HS Diploma or equivalent Specialized skill training/certification may be required Demonstrates basic knowledge of a specialty area       JOB DESCRIPTION  Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to a department, plan, project or other organizational unit, including file and record maintenance, data management, analysis, and reporting/ document control. Participates in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and/or statistics. Participates in the maintenance of records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, or specialized software packages Supports the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organizational unit served. May serve as an administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues within area of responsibility. Performs semi-complex work within area of specialization. Interprets documented rules, past practices, or instruction on a semi-independent level. Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex.
