Administrative Assistant needed!!
Todays Office Professionals is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for a busy consulting office in the downtown area! As an administrative assistant you will be responsible for providing support for a group of busy professionals. Duties will include, but are not limited to, scheduling of events, conference calls and international travel, word processing, answering of incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate party, and creating PowerPoint presentations. Requirements:*Minimum of 3 years of expereince.*Must be able to work with different types of personalitites.*Storng communication skills.*Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.*Strong attention for detail is a must.
