My client has an Administrative Assistant position available. The incumbent would be responsible for providing a variety of administrative support duties for several departments within their organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-line switchboard, greeting visitors, organize and maintain office supplies and files, drafting/ editing documents, and maintain a database of confidential information. To be considered for this position the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience, a high school diploma, and a strong knowledge of office equipment, MS Office suite, and multi-line telephone systems.
