Administrative Assistant - Full Benefits - Great Co-Workers

Management Recruiters of Wildwood is searching for an Administrative Assistant for our office, located on Clarkson Road in the Ellisville area of West County St. Louis. We are a professional recruiting firm with a staff of six.

As the Administrative Assistant you'll be responsible for:

handling all incoming phone calls and routing them to the appropriate individual



data entry of both company and candidate information into our database



working with MS Word, MS Excel, and our proprietary database management software



handling many/varied administrative tasks



working a regular schedule of 7:45am to 5:15pm Monday thru Friday
