Work with field offices to obtain required coding and approval information if not originally submitted. Gather necessary forms for New Vendor set-up, process new and vendor changes. Generate accounts payable and refund checks. Research vendor statements, phone calls and discrepancies. File paid and unpaid invoices and statements. Organize and match returns paperworkSecondary Functions:  Copying. General filing and filing maintenance. Provides support as needed to Accounts Payable Manager. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities for the Account Payable Processor position include:  Excellent data entry skills. Detail oriented. Able to work in team environment.
