Two of our clients—based in New York City and New Jersey —are looking for accountants of different levels to join their accounting teams. Responsibilities include:

            Performs accounting functions for the monthly closing process Assembling and distributing monthly financial statements to upper management Involvement in budget/forecasting processes Prepare and review account analyses Government tax preparation and filings Liaison between Stores and the Retail Accounting Review financial statements; budgeting; analyze property cash flows Troubleshoot, revise, create, and implement policies and procedures within the company Strengthen working relationships between accounting and operations staff

 

Candidate must possess: Strong financial reporting experience     Strong communication skills Previous luxury goods background is preferred Must be detail oriented and independent Bachelors degree is highly preferred
