Sapphire Technologies is currently seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our highly successful Austin team. This is an opportunity to get in with a well-established office and territory! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a recruiter or an account manager, preferably in the IT staffing industry, and the drive and ambition to be the very best. Experience with another IT staffing company is a huge plus. The day-to-day responsibilities include marketing calls, prospecting, client development, client presentations, closing skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity. We are looking for someone to be 100% client focused. You will be building new business and managing existing accounts. A fearless attitude, competitive spirit, and strong desire to succeed are required. Sapphire Technologies believes the best investment we can make is hiring quality people. You must have the desire to be the best, be open minded, and possess the ability to think while on your feet. Also have the passion to continually learn new technology, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be self-driven and resourceful, or have a proven track record of account development. Technical and IT skills are not required. The position offers a competitive base salary + commission and benefits.
