Come and work in a great office with fun and passionate people. Volt Services Group and Volt Accounting & Finance is seeking an Account Manager for the San Jose Branch. The Account Manager is on the front lines in helping to increase branch revenue through the generation of new business and further development of existing accounts. This position is heavily focused on outside sales and networking. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Territory Management Service and develop additional business opportunities within current customer base. Generate business from new accounts. Generate leads through prospecting and cold calling, both in-person and via telephone. Research potential business and current customers. Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations. Complete all required sales reports and detailed documentation by weekly deadlines. Meet with Branch Manager and inside staff on a regular basis to communicate all customer service priorities and business/sales opportunities. Provide information on customers or prospects for bids and proposals within assigned territory. Requirements: Required Skills for this Account Manager position include the following: Proven sales experience, minimum one (1) year outside sales experience preferred. Ability to successfully communicate - both verbally and in writing. Ability to follow through and provide excellent customer service. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Demonstrated sound business judgment and decision-making skills. Intermediate computer skills to include Word, Outlook and the Internet. A fun energetic personality and great attitude.
