YOUR JOB: • You bring us open job requisition(s), we source and surface the best and brightest talent, when they hire our candidate(s) – you get paid! • You sell IT staffing solutions to companies through outbound telephone calls, client meetings, building client relationships, and networking. • You leverage your knowledge of the Dallas market to cultivate key relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 1000, NASDAQ, and venture-backed technology companies. • You build, develop, and maintain your accounts. • You work closely with the recruiting team to ensure they understand your customers’ requirements. • You consistently meet or exceed weekly/quarterly performance metrics/quotas. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: • You have been highly successful opening and developing major accounts. • You have a track-record of acquiring new customers. • You know the Dallas marketplace, the companies, and the people who work there. • You are well versed in IT terminology and possess a solid technological acumen. • You have a documented track record of surpassing sales objectives. • You are proficient in the consultative, solution based sales methodology. • You excel in a fast-paced, transaction oriented, multi-task roll. • You can influence the selling process, think both strategically and tactically, and solve complex problems. • You are highly motivated, hungry, and serious about your career. • You are a self starter who’s able to work independently with minimal supervision. • You are a professional with stellar presentation, verbal and written communication skills. • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
