Account Executive

Job Title:  Account Executive Description: Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Sales/Recruiting Account Executive will have responsibility for maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients and establishing relationships with new clients for our Professional Services (PS) business in the Federal Sector. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Establishes relationships with new federal clients resulting in new PS revenue streams. 2. Strengthens and expands existing federal client relationships to produce and enhance PS revenue. 3. Successfully recruits IT professionals for all federal PS positions and opportunities. 4. Pro-actively identifies and pursues opportunities for PS business with federal Project Managers. 5. Responsible for pre-screening and interviewing potential candidates and ensuring completion of all paperwork for new hires. 6. Assists in preparation of advertisements using newspapers, trade journals, Internet sources and other related media. 7. Prepares and sends out staffing services agreements, follows up on outstanding agreements and tracks receipt of signed contracts. 8 . Pro-actively keeps in touch with Resource base from an Employee Relations perspective as well as for Networking. 9. Assists in maintenance of active resource pipeline database. 10. Logs all sales activity in the appropriate SFA tools and generates appropriate reports for review by management. 11. Performs related duties as assigned. Experience/Skills Must have at least 2 years or sales experience in IT staffing and at least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
