ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - LEGAL INDUSTRY
Our client provides litigation support services and document management services to law firms, corporations, accounting firms, and investment banks, and is seeking to add an experienced Sales Consultant for it's New York City territory. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Proactively develop customer relationships by listening to, understanding, anticipating, and providing solutions to their customers. -To compile their own list of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from internal systems, newspapers, web sites, and business directories. -Face-to face client meetings with management-level law firm personnel including: attorneys, paralegals and secretaries. -Make up to 20 business-to-business cold calls per day. -Must stay abreast of new technologies in the work place. -Must develop new accounts, and be able to manage and grow existing accounts. -Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and potential clients. -Responds to and addresses customer service issues with clients as appropriate. -Create, deliver and assist effective sales presentations. -Educates prospective clients on company products, services and benefits. -Prepares reports of activities, achievements, business transactions and related expenses. -Ensure contracts/paperwork are filled out correctly. QUALIFICATIONS: -PREFERRED Bachelor Degree. -MUST HAVE Minimum of 3-5 years Outside Sales experience. -PREFER a Legal sales background, selling services to paralegals, legal secretaries and/or attorneys. Attorneys and Paralegals with strong sales acumen are welcome to apply. -MUST BE extremely knowledgeable in MS Office programs, such as Word, Excel, Outlook. -MUST BE dependable, highly-organized and very detailed-oriented. -PREFERRED knowledge of Document Management systems and Electronic Data Discovery ( EDD ). -PREFERRED litigation support -MUST HAVE superior interpersonal skills, AND be financially-driven. -MUST BE able to handle multiple tasks and act independently, using discretionary judgment. -MUST HAVE great closing skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.BASE AND COMMISSION POSITION: TOTAL COMPENSATION RANGE EXPECTED $65K TO $85K.
