Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor

Spectrum Clubs, Inc., is the 7th largest athletic club company in the U.S. We are expanding in the San Antonio area. “A Step up” from the rest, we provide fitness, wellness, and sports programming with cutting edge technology executed by award winning professionals in an upscale environment. Spectrum Clubs cater to the health conscious consumers who demand first-class facilities and excellent customer service. We are currently searching for nationally certified Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors.
Personal Trainer responsibilities and requirements include:
· One (1) current nationally recognized, Spectrum-approved Personal Training Certification and/or degree in a health related field
· At least six (6) months personal training experience is strongly preferred
· Sales expertise to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
· Providing excellent customer service by actively seeking out opportunities to assist or improve members’ workout activities
· Ability to aggressively communicate and market club programs, services and promotions
· Earning potential is $16 to $32 per hour
Group Fitness Instructor responsibilities and requirements include:
· One (1) current, nationally recognized, Spectrum-approved Group Fitness Certification
· At least six (6) months group fitness instruction experience is strongly preferred
· Ability to circulate the club to invite, market and communicate classes, programs and service to members
· Providing excellent customer service by actively seeking out opportunities to assist or improve members’ workout activities
· Effectively demonstrate safe and proper exercise techniques, form and modifications through verbal and physical example
· Earning potential is $18 to $32 per hour
