Personal Trainer/Fitness Specialist

PROACTIVE PARTNERS, a division of TCA Holdings, seeks an experienced Personal Trainer/Fitness Specialist for our Chicago-area corporate fitness center. PROACTIVE PARTNERS manages corporate and amenity fitness centers throughout North America. Our partners are well respected and demand the very best. They have come to rely on us to provide well-managed fitness facilities, extraordinary employee experiences, and exceptional customer service.Position SummaryOur Personal Trainers/Fitness Specialists are knowledgeable and courteous professionals, genuinely interested in the care and well-being of our members and guests. As an integral part of our team, you will have a positive impact on our club and the lives of others.Our most successful Personal Trainers/Fitness Specialists have the ability to:•  Communicate effectively with clients as they observe, lead, instruct,   and help motivate them to reach their fitness goals • Look for and enjoy opportunities to provide knowledge about  achieving fitness through a variety of programs • Perform CPR, and maintain current CPR certification • Maintain personal training certification from a nationally-recognized  organization such as NASM, CSCS, ACE, Cooper, etc. • Group exercise experience is preferred • Aquatics experience is a plusIf you have at least two years of personal training experience along with a sincere interest in the care and well-being of others, we’d love to hear from you!
