Gymnastics Coach
Job Purpose:
Provide high level gymnastics training to girls' team. Teach recreational classes and private lessons.
Duties:
* teaching recreational classes
* coaching high level teams -Â all levels
* private lessons
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational gymnastics opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining skills and requirements.
* Accomplishes organizational goals for the athletes and their training.
Skills/Qualifications:
Coaching spotting skills through elite, strength and flexibility training,
Resolving Conflict, Organizational Astuteness, Leadership, Management Proficiency, Delegation, Coordination of other coaches, Planning and Organization of all team work-outs.
