Job #62862 Director of Payroll & Employee Benefits Our client, a reputable National company is looking for a strong Payroll and Employee Benefits Director to join their HR team. Responsibilities:Assist employees with benefit enrollment and questions relating to benefits eligibility and claims. Input employee benefit data into HRIS. Manage bi-weekly Payroll processing. Design and implement Benefits systems. Maintain employee eligibility data with vendors. Work closely with vendors to keep employee benefits competitive. Verify accuracy of vendor invoices and submit invoices for payment. Manage worker’s compensation and unemployment claims. Manage benefit projects such as new vendor implementation as needed. Maintain employee benefit and payroll files for all US employees. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree 10 + years of payroll and benefits experience. HRIS system experience. Kronos and ADP preferred. Experience working with Excel. Attention to detail; high level of accuracy.
