Customer Service Representative

We are seeking high-energy, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individuals who have the interest and ability to assist our customers at our Limerick Bowl location in Limerick, PA.  Flexible shifts available:  Full-time (FT) or Part-time (PT) covering 2nd shift and weekends.

 

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for addressing a full range of customer inquiries independently, including: bowling lane, billiard table and shoe/cue rental administration, arcade redemption, automatic scoring assistance, explanation of products and services.

 

Requirements Experience with the sport of Bowling. Front Desk / Customer Service experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to ‘listen’ and empathize with the client’s situation.  Regularly demonstrates outstanding customer service above and beyond expected job assignments. Strong multi-tasking, time and stress management skills. Self-starter, professional appearance and presentation. Be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Solid PC, MS Office and data entry skills a plus.
