Job Title:      Accounts Receivable and Payable Assistant

 

Location:      Louisville, CO

 

Reports To:   Credit Manager and Financial Controller

 

Position Summary

 

International Sporting Good company seeking a temp to hire position which will assist the finance/credit department with accounts receivable and payable data entry and collections calls.  This position may also be responsible for some payroll functions. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

§         Daily invoice mailings

§         Accounts receivable payment collection data entry

§         Accounts receivable collection calls; make calls timely, resolve disputes, and collect past due balances

§         Process credit card transactions

§         Accounts payable data entry

§         Possibility of payroll functions; backup for payroll processing.

§         Other miscellaneous department duties

 

Qualifications

 

§         At least three years of accounts receivable experience including payment collections and collection calls

§         Proficient computer skills required; preferred experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, IC Verify, and Coda

§         Must be a team player, able to work well with all aspects of the organization in striving to meet corporate goals and objectives

§         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

§         Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively

§         Must have excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
