Technical Support
Job Responsibilities:
• Examine and run tests on new inventories to ensure product quality at a high standard.
• Provide support for clients; troubleshoot software and hardware concerning ILDVR products.
• Assist in debugging ILDVR software; report found bugs to programming department.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot PC hardware and software in company.
• Demonstrate ILDVR software functions to clients; provide training to new staff in company.
• Burn ILDVR software disks for clients.
• Accurately record ILDVR software problems and respective solutions into manuals.
• Diagnose the cause of returned/damaged products; record relative information.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese.)
• University degree in computer related subjects.
• Must have 1+ year work experience in IT industry; strong preference for security DVR industry .
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 2000/XP/Vista operating systems and PC hardware.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows operating system and PC hardware.
• Knowledge of computer network (WAN & LAN) and protocols.
• Customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction.
