Deploy, administer, and manage Dell x86 servers and Microsoft operating systems, middle-ware, and applications. 2. Supports servers in large, distributed datacenter environments, modern and legacy environments, and complex application configurations. 3. Handles day-to-day operations and providing suggestions for strategic direction of supported technologies. 4. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Requirements: Education: ? Relevant BS, BA (4) year degree or equivalent work experience? MS or MA in related discipline preferred? Certifications:o MCSA,MCSEo VMWareo EMC Storageo Other relevant industry or toolset certifications Experience: ? 1-3 years of experience in related areas, including at least 1 year of enterprise Active Directory administration experience.Skills:Technical? Possesses wide base of experience in many disciplines of Intel systems & storage-based technologies including:o Hardware: Dell Servers Blades, Enclosures DRAC?s SCSI/ SAS Disk Arrays Tape Librarieso Software & Related Technologies: Windows NT, 2000, 2003 Exchange 2003, 2007 Active Directory Sysinternals Hyena EVTComb McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator/ Anti-Virus Client VB/ Windows Scripting Std. Network Topologies (TCP/IP, DNS, WIN?s, etc.) Architecture? Active Directory sites, replication, LDAP integrationCommunication and Committment? Superior communication skills with the ability to present technicaltopics to both team members and non-technical audiences and able to build partnerships? Demonstrated commitment to continuous personal improvement of businessand technical skills, including the ability to learn and apply newtechnologies and techniques?
