Career opportunities may be found at the National Support Center, located in Irving, Texas, a suburb of Dallas/Fort Worth, our National Customer Contact Center, located in Knoxville, Tennessee, or at one of our sales and service branch offices located across the United States as well as British Columbia, Canada.  Supervisor Document Management Description:SUMMARY: Oversee and manage the prepping, scanning and indexing of all customer documents into the Imaging Software. Oversee any system, software, or processing issues. Supervise a staff of employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following,* Ensure that all Accounts Payable, Quality Control (all new jobs completed in the field), and Brink's Home Technologies documents are scanned accurately and in the appropriate work queues within 48 hours* Coordinate, resolve, and report any system issues related to the imaging process including, but not limited to Panagon, Wits, and FileNet Capture to ensure production is on-going* Report monthly production and issues to management.* Plan daily activities, distribute work assignments, and track production* Motivate, develop, coach and counsel staff* Conduct weekly performance discussions and annual performance evaluations* Review staff payroll and submit for processing* Perform special projects and other duties as assignedQualifications:QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To peform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:College degree preferred. A minimum of one year experience with an imaging process and three years prior supervisory experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office of similar software package. A basic knowledge of MasterMind's functions a plus.LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, protective service agreements, service plans, and other department information concerning customer accounts and their billing. Ability to write routine memos and correspondence. Ability to clearly and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups within and outside the Company.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.REASONING ABILITY:Ability to use commonsense understanding to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and/or oral form. Ability to determin problems and solve them in a timely, efficient manner.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Must be flexible and possess excellent time management, project management, and organizationsl skills. Must be a self motiviated individual with strong problem solving skills.
