Location: Boca Raton Job Category: IT/Software Development Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Job Posted: 9/11/2008 Job Description: The Sr. Developer, Legacy Web will assist in the development of IT application systems; code, test and debug new software, as well as perform maintenance and enhancements to existing software; assist in the development of design and functional specifications; produce deliverables related to assigned projects. Assist in post-implementation support and system enhancements; and gather, compile information regarding technology processes and systems. In addition, The Sr. Developer, Legacy Web will work with the technical team to identify, assess and correct application issues. As well as, provide assistance writing programs based on specifications from higher-level staff or business analysts.Duties and Responsibilities:o Design and Develop quality code based on requirements received from the Business Analyst.o Collaborate with team members to resolve issues to assure the successful delivery of IT solutions.o Unit Test code prior to moving it to the testing environment.o Check In and Check out code through corporate approved source control toolRequirements: Education: ? Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Experience: ? 3-5 years experience with developing Coldfusion applications ? 3-5 years experience with developing Java based applications? 3-5 years in troubleshooting and debugging code related issuesSkills:?
