EOE M/F/D/V Shuttle Driver Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking qualified individuals for Shuttle Drivers dispatched to safely transport persons on designated routs through out a refinery. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS· The functions listed describe the business purpose of this job. Specific duties or tasks may vary and be documented separately. Job performance standards may be documented separately, and may include functions, objectives, duties or tasks not specifically listed herein.· In performing functions, duties or tasks, employees are required to know and follow safe work practices, and to be aware of company policies and procedures related to job safety, including safety rules and regulations. Employees are required to notify superiors upon becoming aware of unsafe working conditions.· All functions, duties or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner, and to be performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures. In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures, employees are required to request clarification or explanations from superiors or authorized company representatives JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Shuttle Drivers must be Class “B” licensed. The shuttle services will be performed on-site and within the (CBU) Carson Business Unit Refinery and will operate BP provided 24 passenger vehicles and 12 passenger vans. Shuttle busses operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Shuttle Drivers are scheduled to work 8.5 hour shifts, which will include time for shift change, pre-trip vehicle inspection, 2 fifteen minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch break. Shuttle Drivers must be in compliance with applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:. · Must be at least 21 years or over.· Must meet company hiring standards.· Must possess a class “B” with passenger endorsement and “C” license.· Must have a clean driving record that is subject to periodic checks.· Must have a clean Criminal Record.· Must clear company background checks.· Must be able to comply with client drug free workplace random testing.· Must be able to pass Refinery Safety Orientation (RSO) exam.· Must be able to pass Smith Drivers Training.· Must have reliable transportation.· Must be able to read write and speak English.· Must have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.· Must have excellent customer service skills. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
