Service Supervisor - Norristown

Currently, we are looking for a Service Supervisor for our Central Mid Atlantic Region in Norristown, PA. Selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day details involved with the delivery of excellent service and maintenance to our customer base. The candidate will be the primary contact for customer service requests. This position will also be responsible for service call follow up and required billing information. In addition, the Service Supervisor will provide the sales staff with status and history reports for assigned maintenance contracts.

Additional requirements are:
*High school diploma or GED (minimum requirement;)
*Must be able to multi task and work independently;
*Strong organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
*Must be familiar with MS Office (Word, excel and Outlook minimum);
*Team player;
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
