Additional responsibilities include: developing market awareness of Kratos' security products integration capabilities; implementing local marketing campaigns; prospecting for major sales opportunities; and development of a strong customer base. Must possess strong communications and customer relation skills. Must have basic ability to understand integrated electronic security systems including fire and security. The Account Manager position is a critical part of our success as the primary business partner and “ownerâ€� of our customers. The position requires complete focus on the customer base and the provision of world-class service and support. The job requires maintaining relationships at all levels of the client organization (to include the VP level) and developing appropriate new business opportunities within existing, and new, customer accounts. Success in this position requires outstanding interpersonal communication skills, a sales orientation, ability to multi-task and manage projects across many customers and ability to make things happen. We are seeking technical candidates with a PASSION for customer support.Education and/or Experience:BA/5+ years' successful sales of electronic security systems 5+ years, successful sales of electronic security systems (ESS) in the Georgia and Southeast Markets. Must demonstrate a consistent and proven pattern of sales success in the target market. Must possess the ability to market, prospect and propose major ESS projects. Must have at least 2 major customers that are currently active in acquiring ESS products. Must be professional and articulate with high-level communication skills. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills – both verbal and written. Strong work ethic. Positive, pro-active attitude and work style a must. Ability to multi-task, work cross functionally with several departments. Some experience growing revenue in an existing customer base helpful.
