ideally in EU or Asia.• Individual will need to work effectively in a culturally diverse work group.• Must have strong oral and written communication skills in English; similar capabilities in Chinese, Japanese, French and/or German is a plus.• Excellent skills utilizing Excel (pivot tables a plus), Word and Microsoft Project required and familiarity with dbases querying and analysis a plus.• Bachelor's degree required and Master is preferred.• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts desired and certification is a plus.• 50% travel required (domestic and international); may increase at times. JOB DESCRIPTION: Summary Description:The Sr. Manager, Security Services - WW Retail, Customer Service and Corporate Administration is a senior manager of the company that leads the effort to efficiently and effectively provide security services and asset (lives, buildings, equipment, data, & intellectual property) protection for our Retail Division, Customer Service network and our Corporate Administrative Departments.  The Sr. Manager is a key member of the ACES (Company Customer Excellence System) organization, reports to the Director of Worldwide Operations Services, oversees the related investigator(s) and works with cross functional teams throughout the organization (human resources, finance, retail, transportation, customer service, corporate audit, FC and transportation security and LP, physical security systems and design, related software teams, and other related areas).The position is based in Seattle. The Senior Manager’s ultimate measure of success will be the development and implementation of standardized, cost effective and efficient security services to our global Retail and Customer Service networks as well as our Corporate Administrative Departments as measured by agreed upon metrics related to key areas such as the level and quality of customer service provided, control effectiveness, the protection of our people and visitors as well as improvements to non-security department related productivity (such as employee retention, business continuity, product and equipment dependability, etc). The Senior Manager will ensure the effective use of resources (manpower, hardware, and software), metrics, and communication so that they provide our Senior Managers, Internal and External Auditors, and Shareholders with a high level of confidence in, perceived value from, and support of your department.  Ultimately validated by their rating of your department’s service level, their communication that your department adds value and their authorization of the investments (capital, labor, and software) required by your department.(The statements included in this job description are intended to reflect, in general, the duties and responsibilities of this position and are not intended to be interpreted as being all inclusive.) KEYWORDS: retail, distribution, warehouse, logistics, operations, director, senior, six sigma, engineering, engineer, process, supply, statistics, and quality COMPENSATION: High: 150k plus bonus, stock and incentives  Low: 100K plus bonus, stock and incentives   MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
