Corporate Security Supervisors

 

 GREATER HARTFORD  AREA  we also have other positions statewide .

 

Job Purpose:

 

Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees 
Duties:

1. Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.

2. Monitors and responds to alarms.

3. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.

4. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures

5. Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.

6. Skills/Qualifications:

    Must possess a valid Connecticut Guard Card,

Lifting, Surveillance Skills, Deals with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control, Integrity, Safety Management, Professionalism, Reporting Skills.The ability to supervise several persons at the same time performing different tasks

7.  candidates must have excellent driving record

8.  candidates must have Prior knowledge of Console operations

In addition to the Duties above Supervisors must be able to:

 

Supervise 5 to 10officers,

 

1. Assist with staffing,

 2. Maintain client relations

3.   Provide direction and instruction to guard staff

4.   Enforce policies and procedures

5.  Maintain a positive work environment to achieve the job purpose and duties listed below

 

Compensation:$13.58
