And tremendous advancement opportunities as our new Security Guard.Provide all safety-related services for CBRE-managed properties.Promote positive and courteous public relations to all tenants, visitors and guests.Control access to buildings and monitor visitor activities.Gain/maintain proficiency with life safety system and central security panel of buildings.Assist in emergency situations.Communicate with supervisor/manager on safety issues.Tour properties and monitor building operations.Maintain daily logs and shift reports.Adhere to Security Policies and Procedures manual.Stay focused and committed.Qualifications:To excel in this role, you must meet state security staff certification requirements.
