SECURITY STAFF Sunrise Senior Living Fox Hill Bethesda, MarylandSecurity Guard Sunrise Senior Living, the nation?s leader in senior living, is developing an innovative luxury full service, 240 condo community in Bethesda, Maryland. Fox Hill, a high-end equity based community, will allow seniors to own their condos while receiving all the hospitality features of a fine luxury hotel. The independent living senior condominium community is slated to open early autumn of 2008. Security GuardWe?re seeing an experienced Security Guard to provide security services ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, guests and team members. Responsibilities include promoting and guarding the community property and assets against fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry by unauthorized persons while meeting and or exceeding Sunrise service standards. Responsibilities include:? Safety and security inspections of all community property? General Security patrols? Responds to all security calls and complainants? Assist in emergency response procedures? Practices safety procedures and risk management? Provides resident services? General Administration? Schedules and provides transportation? Attends meetings and participates in trainingQualified candidates must have the following demonstrated skills:? High school diploma ? One year security guard experience ? Must speak and understand English fluently ? Experience performing light maintenance duties? Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications? Experience with emergency response procedures and alarm systems? Ability to work weekends and flexible hours if needed ?
