MAJOR SECURITY CORPORATION SEEKS OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are a nationally-recognized leader in uniformed security, loss prevention, and related positions, such as receptionists, couriers and concierges.
We have a very desirable opening in northwestern New Jersey for an OPERATIONS MANAGER.
To be considered, you must have:
· At least two years in the security industry as a supervisor, either with responsibility for managing multiple sites or a large, standalone account
· Demonstrated experience in recruiting, scheduling and training new security personnel
· A lifestyle that permits you to work in a 24/7/365 work environment
· Recognition that our most important asset is our security officer
· Ability to meet client expectations and work directly with client representatives
· Background in private security, military and/or law enforcement
· Good English language skills, both verbal and written, and good numerical skills
· High school diploma, with advanced education always a plus
