As a Loss Prevention Agent, you will support the operation of our client's stores by
maintaining building security and store safety, modeling our client's philosophy by
using good judgment in your decisions and actions, and identifying and applying
various techniques to control potential or actual losses.
Primary Responsibilities:
*Provide a welcoming and safe shopping experience for customers
* Utilize CCTV and sales floor observation
*Conduct investigations of theft situations and follow - through to closure
*Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits to help with shrinkage control
* Schedule, conduct and/or participate in security awareness meetings,
new hire orientations.
Qualifications:
* Must be motivated professional with excellent investigative skills
* Proficient in completing all Loss Prevention audits and investigating
theft situations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* 1 year previous Loss Prevention experience
* Must be able to pass background check.
* Must know the 5 elements, and understand them
* Be proficient in external apprehensions.
