Entry Level Operations Manager
Multinational leader in the security services industry, recognized for quality and excellence, seeks an energetic operations management candidate for its West San Fernando Valley and Thousand Oaks territory.
This is a hands on Management position that entails handling client relationships, working with security officers, and providing customer service to clients at multiple sites. Candidates should have excellent customer service and relationship skills, be able to work independently and have strong problem solving skills. A minimum of a four-year bachelor’s degree is required. Preference will be given to candidates who live in or near the San Fernando Valley or Thousand Oaks areas. Military or law enforcement experience is a plus. All Applicants must be able to pass our stringent background screening process.
The starting salary for this position is $45,000 per year plus performance bonus potential. We also offer a competitive benefits plan that includes a matching 401(k).
