Chenega Security & Protection Services, LLCJob DescriptionJob Title: Director of OperationsReports To: VP of Security ServicesFLSA Status Regular Full-Time ExemptWork Location: Subsidiary HeadquartersSummary:The Director of Operations (DO) is responsible to ensure CSPS meets its contractual obligations to the client. The DO is responsible for exercising leadership, maintaining high morale, directing and inspecting the performance of all security personnel assigned to the Contract. This includes overseeing the scheduling work distribution and training, answering of questions related to work and solving problems. The DO will have direct daily liaison between army officials and the contractor.Supervisory Responsibilities:Directly supervises Chief of Guards, Project Managers and Leads and responsible for all guard staff.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.?Provides technical support, guidance, leadership, and coaching to Chief of Guards, Project Managers and Leads and all operations personnel.?Communicates changes in regulations.?Works with Vice President in setting operational goals.?Works with the Human Resources Department regarding recruiting, training needs and employee relation’s issues.?Work with the Resources Protection Department regarding security and health and safety compliance.?Oversees and coordinates development of contract reports, financial and project scope.?Carries out all Corporate and Project policies and procedures.?Required to follow all company personnel and safety policies and perform all assigned duties in a safe work manner.?May be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.?Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications/Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
