Customer Service Alarm Dispatcher
********************************************************Criticom Monitoring Services, one of the nation's leading providers of wholesale monitoring, has FT openings for Alarm Dispatchers for 1st and 2nd shift. Schedules do include at least one weekend day. Respond to residential and commercial alarms from across the nation using state-of-the-art technology, place outgoing and receive incoming phone calls, provide customer service to subscribers and dealers. Requirements:Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service skills, strong phone & multi-tasking skills and basic data entry skills.Must have high school diploma or GED and pass background check and drug screen.
