Schedules do include at least one weekend day. Respond to residential and commercial alarms from across the nation using state-of-the-art technology, place outgoing and receive incoming phone calls, provide customer service to subscribers and dealers. Requirements:Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service skills, strong phone & multi-tasking skills and basic data entry skills.Must have high school diploma or GED and pass background check and drug screen.
