 Position Description

 

· Lead a staff of sales representatives who are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing accounts, prospecting for new accounts, and selling security solutions

· Maintain and exceed established revenue and monthly recurring sales quotas

· Recruit, hire and continually train new and existing commercial sales representatives

· Assist in the development of budget and sales forecasts

· Plan, implement and coordinate commercial sales operations

· Manage an assigned geographic territory to increase the business within that territory

· Reports directly to VP, Commercial Sales 

 Qualifications

 

· A minimum of 5 years sales experience as well as 3 years of managing commercial sales teams within the security business is required.

· Excellent Coaching/Leadership Skills

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· An eye for detail and a proven track-record managing sales teams

· Commercial Alarm & Fire protection sales experience is required
