We are currently seeking candidates for: Your Local Buffalo Area Wal-Mart Stores are Hiring Assistant Managers!  At Walmart, customer satisfaction is our main goal. And we count on our Assistant Managers to lead the way. But it doesn’t stop there. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll drive sales in an assigned area and ensure merchandise presentation in a variety of ways including pricing, budgeting and forecasting sales. You will also provide supervision and development opportunities for Associates. Assistant Managers must also create and maintain a safe, clean and friendly working environment. Other responsibilities include managing merchandise operations, tracking expenses and enforcing all food safety standards. Qualified candidates should have an Associate’s degree or comparable management or supervisory experience. You will also be required to work varying shifts, lift 25 pounds and work or train in multiple facilities. Excellent communication, organizational and mathematical skills are a must, as is knowledge of company policies and procedures pertaining to your area.
