Wireless Sales Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking a full time sales consultant for wireless phones, and home communications; and a seasonal employee for the holidays.
The full time consultant position is responsible for generating business in an inside retail store environment, outside networking activities, cold calling to business and telemarketing activities. The representative will see their customers through the sales process from introduction to follow-up calls post-sale to ensure long-term satisfaction.
This is a retail store, open 7 days a week and will require 7 day work week flexibility (40 hours/wk). Nights, weekends, and holidays are required. A thorough knowledge of the wireless industry will better facilitate proper customer service and achieve sales targets. Ongoing training and education is provided and required to become a member of our sales force.

Job Requirements:
-We require 2-3 years of commissioned sales experience.
-A desire to meet the needs of our customers and a need to be #1 on the sales team is a must.
Our focus is on customer care and retention, repeat business is key to your success.
-You must be confident and proficient on the phone; with cold calls and follow-up calls.
-Strong customer base management is fundamental to your overall success with APEX Communications.
-Team attitude is a must.
-Computer use and competence is required, MS Excel, Word and Explorer usage and proficiency is required.
