Connect Wireless, an AT&T Wireless exclusive retailer with 8 locations in Colorado, is now hiring for the position of Retail Sales Rep for the following locations: Highlands Ranch Parker Westminster Thornton Sales Reps are responsible and accountable for all sales and operational aspects of assigned store. The right individual will be committed to ensuring outstanding service by creating and environment that is focused on exceeding customer expectations.  The right individual must demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company. Duties Performed: - Accountable for attaining monthly sales quota. -Ensures an excellent level of customer service is maintained and the priority at all times. -Handles difficult customer service issues. - Drives revenue by communicating the benefits of products, services, features, rate plans and special offers to new and existing customers as appropriate. - Assists in maintaining store appearance and product presentation to company standards. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Primary Job Requirements: * Qualified candidates must have 1-2 years of retail sales experience. * Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
