To learn more about other career opportunities, Cricket Culture and benefits please visit: http://www.mycricket.com/aboutcricket/careers/Position Overview – Retail Business Manager•Assumes direct responsibility for all day-to-day store operations, including:Targeted sales achievementStore financial managementMerchandising/promotional activitiesCustomer service and retentionAudits Employee training Merchandising/promotional activitiesInventory management Cash handling, reconciliations and depositsCustomer satisfaction measured by surveysStore safety and security•Ensures attainment of all net sales and revenue goals including:Gross sales/net sales Accessory sales and margin targetsRate plan take ratesEnhanced services targets – features/text messaging/insurance sales, fees, data products and all other add on productsAutomatic bill payment targets•Assists in the establishment of budget; operates store within approved budget. •Exhibits solid understanding of financial/business metrics and reports. Analyzes business operations and trends. Develops and executes plans to correct improvement areas. •Manages the human resources function for assigned store including recruiting, selecting, employee development training, employee relations, performance management•Facilitates regularly scheduled employee meetings•Develops store sales strategies and facilitates tactical implementation.
