This is a seasonal position.  This candidate would work for Spirit Halloween Superstores from July 21st to November 15th.

 

Spirit Supervisory Responsibilities include:

 

v Execute breakthrough displays that will excite the customer per company plans.

v Answer all questions regarding the new concepts and programs.

v Visit all stores in designated areas during opening phase to ensure all stores are built and set properly. 

v Visit all stores in designated area throughout remainder of season to ensure they are properly maintained.

v Work closely with your Zone Manager to plan and coordinate proper scheduling to maximaize your time

 

v Requirements:

v HS Diploma or equivalent required

v Minimum of two years experience at store manager level 

v Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation

v Able to pass Company Background Check

v Available to travel, including overnight stays when necessary

v Able to communicate effectively

v Be available to attend a two day Training session at the Spirit Home Office
