Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CFO, this highly motivated leader is responsible for the corporate business planning and analysis function. This team is responsible for business and strategic planning and evaluating the performance of a variety of areas of the business. The team is responsible for working in partnership with the leadership team to analyze and drive large strategic initiatives across all functions of the company and for evaluating strategic financial and business alternatives that will improve overall company performance. The staff of ten professionals includes two vice presidents, three managers and a number of analysts.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or accounting required, MBA strongly preferred. Eight to ten years related work experience or a combination of related work experience and management consulting, strategic planning or operations experience. Previous experience in strategic project management required. Demonstrated ability to distinguish and define opportunities and issues and prepare a strategic and financial structure to conduct the analysis. Strongly prefer management experience with a top consulting firm. The demonstrated ability to garner credibility quickly and strong influencing skills required.
