Our client is a well-established and respected company seeking a senior level executive to assume the leadership role for the enterprise-wide Inventory Planning function.  The position includes planning, pricing and replenishment. 

 

This is the top planning and allocation Executive at our client and the position provides overall leadership to ensure the development of merchandise plans that will support the company’s’ growth and objectives.  You will need to have adequate pricing knowledge and experience in your background and will oversee the Strategy Design to support merchandising and marketing plans.  In summary, this position develops and maintains overall merchandise control functions including allocation, pricing and replenishment systems throughout the organization. 

 

Prior retail-industry leadership experience required.

 

The target base salary for this position is $225k along with a bonus and full benefits package.  Cash compensation of base and bonus will push this position into the low $300k area.   This is an active search and we and the client will be moving quickly.
