The Sales Manager position involves staff coaching/development; store open/close duties; operations and inventory; and strong personal sales. The Sales Manager acts as manager on duty when the General Manager is absent and should be preparing for a future role as a General Manager.
Sales Consultants conduct in-home surveys, create proposals, demo products and provide an extraordinary experience for customers who visit our showroom.

Our goal at Tweeter is to find committed, professional, "all-star" candidates to work in our showrooms and conduct in-home surveys with our discerning clientele. Our sales associates go through an extensive training program which provides the skills necessary to become home audio and video system designers. At the successful completion of training, you will consult with customers, builders and decorators on A/V concept design and installation.

COMPENSATIONThe Sales Manager compensation includes a low base salary + commissions and bonus translating into excellent earnings potential.Sales Consultants earn a commission vs. draw, plus bonuses. Again, this translates into excellent earnings potential.

REQUIREMENTS

- Consultative sales experience required.
- Strong interest in home theater entertainment.

- Responsible, professional, career-minded, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal orientation, self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
- Previous commission sales experience helpful.
- Management experience preferred, ideally within a retail or interior design environment.
- Desire to advance into team leadership and store management.
- HS diploma or equiv. required for all positions
