Truck Stop Manager
 We are currently seekin an experienced Truck Stop / C-Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a locally owned Truck Stop in the metro New Orleans area.
Responsibilities include:
 - Oversee the daily operations of the truck stop, convenient store and gas station. This includes (but not limited to) the completion of paperwork, ordering and purchasing of supplies, scheduling / managing employees, maintaining inventory and managing cost controls.
 - Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided.
 - Train and retain a professional and customer oriented staff.
Qualifications:
 - Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
 - Prior experience working in a convenient store preferred.
 - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 - Strong leadership and time management skills.
 - Knowledge of basic business math.
 - Experience with purchasing, negotiatingwith vendors and cash handling.
 - Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
