Territory Demo Manager $45K
The world's best pet food company is seeking an enthusiastic professional to manage our demonstrator team in New York. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and managing over 90 part-time employees. Candidates must possess a reliable work history in employee development, managing budgets, and exceeding sales goals. A background in HR, training or retail sales management a plus. All candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, be willing to travel overnight and work weekends and evenings as needed. We offer a fun work environment within an established 80 year old company that is a leader in the pet food industry. Competitive salary, company car, and comprehensive benefit package included. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Recruiting and hiring new part time employees, conducting new hire training classes. Scheduling demonstrators according to budget requirements. Answering phone calls/e-mails from over 90 part-time employees. Managing and motivating your employees to succeed. Conducting training seminars every 8 weeks in each major market. Working in the field with each employee to improve skill set.
